Privacy and safety
What is stored
Your Signavio username and password are stored encrypted in a dedicated key vault and are used only to open a Signavio session for you. The portal also stores account display details, including your workspace ID and Signavio email, the connections you created, and which clients you connected.
What is not stored
The portal keeps no Microsoft access or refresh token, no browser storage of any credential, and no copy of the Signavio content your client reads.
What is recorded
Every change made here, and every attempt to change something in Signavio, is recorded in an audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted. The record holds what happened and when, never the content involved.
Who can see it
You see your own connections. Authorised administrators can see full workspace IDs, account email addresses, client entries and configuration status. They cannot see your Signavio password or read Signavio content through your connection.
